These Terms of Use apply to the services and website (topsali.fi) of the TopSali gym.

A membership agreement is established when a customer pays the membership fee or enters into a written agreement with TopSal. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
Membership options and prices:
Strength and cross-training workouts are included in all memberships.
You can cancel your monthly membership in writing (by email) at least 30 days before the start of the next billing period.
Fixed-term memberships (6 months and 12 months) are binding for the entire contract period and cannot be suspended without a valid reason (e.g., a doctor’s note).
One-time payments, 10-session passes, or single-session fees are non-refundable, even if unused.
TopSali reserves the right to change its price list. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or on the website.
Self-guided workouts are available with a door code every day from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Instructed classes are held according to the schedule. TopSali reserves the right to change schedules without prior notice.
Members agree to follow the gym’s rules:
TopSali reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if a member violates the gym’s rules or behaves inappropriately.
You exercise at your own risk. TopSali is not liable for any injuries sustained during exercise, unless they result from TopSali’s negligence. You confirm that you are physically fit to exercise. In case of uncertainty, we recommend consulting a doctor before starting to exercise.
TopSali is not liable for the loss of or damage to items stored at the gym.
TopSali shall not be liable for any interruption of services caused by force majeure, such as a natural disaster, epidemic, fire, or other similar exceptional circumstances.
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
