Membership and Agreement<\/h5><p>A membership agreement is established when a customer pays the membership fee or enters into a written agreement with TopSal. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. <\/p><p>Membership options and prices:<\/p><ul><li>Monthly membership: \u20ac40.99\/month<\/li><li>6-month membership: \u20ac220<\/li><li>12-month membership: \u20ac399<\/li><li>One-time payment: \u20ac11<\/li><li>10-visit pass: \u20ac90<\/li><li>Personal training + gym program: \u20ac80<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Strength and cross-training workouts are included in all memberships.<\/strong><\/p><h5>3. Cancellation and Termination<\/h5><p>You can cancel your monthly membership in writing (by email) at least 30 days before the start of the next billing period.<\/p><p>Fixed-term memberships (6 months and 12 months) are binding for the entire contract period and cannot be suspended without a valid reason (e.g., a doctor\u2019s note).<\/p><p>One-time payments, 10-session passes, or single-session fees are non-refundable, even if unused.<\/p><h5>4. Price Changes<\/h5><p>TopSali reserves the right to change its price list. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or on the website. <\/p><h5>5. Gym Access and Hours of Operation<\/h5><p>Self-guided workouts are available with a door code every day from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Instructed classes are held according to the schedule. TopSali reserves the right to change schedules without prior notice.  <\/p><h5>6. Behavior and Rules<\/h5><p>Members agree to follow the gym&#8217;s rules:<\/p><ul><li>Appropriate and respectful behavior<\/li><li>Proper use and return of equipment to its designated location<\/li><li>Maintaining Cleanliness<\/li><li>Report any damage to staff immediately<\/li><\/ul><p>TopSali reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if a member violates the gym\u2019s rules or behaves inappropriately.<\/p><h5>7. Liability and Safety<\/h5><p>You exercise at your own risk. TopSali is not liable for any injuries sustained during exercise, unless they result from TopSali\u2019s negligence. You confirm that you are physically fit to exercise. In case of uncertainty, we recommend consulting a doctor before starting to exercise.   <\/p><p>TopSali is not liable for the loss of or damage to items stored at the gym.<\/p><h5>8. Force majeure<\/h5><p>TopSali shall not be liable for any interruption of services caused by force majeure, such as a natural disaster, epidemic, fire, or other similar exceptional circumstances.<\/p><h5>9. Governing Law<\/h5><p>These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation.
